This is more of a brain teaser than a logic puzzle. But it's all fun, so let's try it!
Light Switch Problem
A downstairs panel contains three on/off switches, one of which controls the lamp in the attic—but which one? Do something to the switches, and then determine after one trip to the attic, which switch is connected to the attic lamp.

turn 1st lightswitch on for a while
then turn it off
turn the 2nd one on
go to the attic
if the light is on.. then it's #2
otherwise
touch the bulb.. if it's hot then it's #1
otherwise it's #3
