For those who don't know, I sort of have this "part time job" on campus. UBC is a research university. There are so many studies going on around on campus and sometimes when they're in need of research participants, they pay people to do it!
The pay goes from $10-$15 per hour which is definitely not bad when you're in need of some pocket money. It's so flexible that you can book the appointments to fit around your school schedule. From doing experiments this school year, I think I've made a total of over $200!
So now, I tell people, "yeah, I have a part time job on campus, and I don't even need to pay tax!"

Beauty and The Beast
I've gotten so lazy lately that I stopped writing entries to my blog for such a long time. About 5 minutes ago, on this TV show, it showed someone writing a blog post, and I just suddenly remembered - oh hey! I have a blog too! I think for the next couple of days, you might see random posts popping up randomly because I'm trying to fill in the empty months where I've been somewhat inactive with my blogging.
The other day, while walking to class, I started humming the Beauty and the Beast theme song to myself and thought - wow... this is such a nice song. Then my thoughts drifted... Has anyone ever used "Beauty and the Beast" as a wedding theme? Who's the Beauty? Who's the Beast? I don't know, just seems a bit weird to me - that's all.
