On February 13th:
Hanson came over in the morning and we started off by watching Sailor Moon. We were planning to bake something for Valentine's day (maybe cookies or cake.. etc). Unfortunately, my house didn't have the main ingredients for baking (flour). My mom threw it away a couple of weeks ago because she found bugs in them. We do have baking soda, but my mom hasn't checked for bugs in those yet... so we couldn't really trust it. Anyhow, so we ended up going to Safeway and buying Pillsbury (Dough Boy) stuff. Fun and Easy! We also bought pizza from Little Ceasar's. We went back home and continued watching Sailor Moon and eating. Then we started making cookies. I made this giant cookie I even took pictures comparing it to Jeffrey's head later.
When Jeffrey came back home, I decided that we can all go out and play basketball at Holly Elementary. However, I forgot that it was really windy outside. it was too windy outside that both Hanson and I came back with a headache and red ears that feel like they were about to fall off.
After resting for a while from basketball, Hanson and I went for dinner. He made reservations at this restaurant called Stone Grill in downtown. It was a really cool place. I get to eat good food AND play with my food! From what the waitress there told me, the stones are heated at a 400C and then food is just cooked right on top! I really like watching it sizzle when I cook.
Anyhow, that pretty much wraps it up for our Valentine's day.
On February 15th:
Almost the same thing happened as February 13th. But instead of watching Sailor Moon, I introduced a new -- well, new to him -- anime called Doraemon. Watching Doraemon reminds me of how much I use to love him when I was a little kid. I like completely forgot. I think I'm going crazy. I LOVE YOU, "ding"!! Ok, I got it out of my system. Yes Ding Dong = Doraemon. They later on changed the name of Ding Dong to Doraemon in the Chinese version and that really pissed me off.
Anyway, for dinner, Hanson and I went to Aberdeen. The crime scene was all cleaned up, nothing to see. Well, it's not like I want to see it anyway. At least I don't think so. Both of us weren't very hungry; we were more tired than anything. So we ate dinner very early, like at 5:45. We shared a plate of baked seafood rice. I love the cheese on top! Afterwards, we just walked around at Richmond Centre. And I guess that pretty much tops it for the day.
