The Name Game

So as everyone knows, my full name is not very common. And if you don't know what my full name is, it's "Julianne Leung".

Anyhow, my mom was playing around at work and was entering names into the UBC computer looking up student information. She happened to find that there was another first year student this year that was also named Julianne Leung. I mean, my first name is already rare enough, but to have someone with the same first name AND last name?? That's the first time.

So yeah, around the beginning of the term, I realized that there was a girl named Julianne in my Physics Lab/Tutorial. It was actually pretty cool but I don't think I've ever gotten to work with her before. Actually, I don't even know what she looks like. But from what I can tell by her last name, I think she's Caucasian. All I've ever seen was her name on some of the assignments and papers that we've handed in. And yeah, guess what her last name is? Her last name is 'Hansen'. I know, it's not spelt the same way as my boyfriend's name, but still, pretty exciting. Now, I keep thinking more and more that we were meant to be together. It's in the stars.
